Turns out, the flavor is very strong, so one can was enough. I wasn’t sure how one small 4 ounce can would be enough for a spread so I bought two. To me, it tastes exactly like the chicken in a can of Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup. While slightly off putting in texture to some, the flavor is delicious. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and the texture. When I asked on my Facebook page there were mixed opinions given. I had never heard of this product before. This recipe is perfect for when you don’t have a lot of time or budget but want to bring something special. It is perfect for parties or even a light lunch. Made with Underwood Chicken Spread in a can, chopped chicken and cream cheese.
